Please take notice that on March 9, 2026, the Union City Public Library Board of Trustees took the following action: Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 et seq., the UCPL Board of Trustees authorized and directed to execute an Agreement with Donohue, Gironda, Doria & Tomkins, LLC, of Secaucus, New Jersey, as approved by the UCPL Board of Trustees, to provide the auditing the CY25 ending December 31, 2025, in accordance with its proposal dated February 20, 2026, in a sum not to exceed $22,500.00, without further approval of the Trustees.
