Please take notice that on March 23, 2026, the Union City Public Library Board of Trustees took the following action: Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11—4, the UCPL Board of Trustees authorized and directed to execute an Agreement with NV5, Inc., of Rahway, New Jersey, to conduct special inspections and testing for the Main Library rebuild project in accordance with its proposal # 2026.04.0030 dated March 17, 2026.
