Moving with Awareness classes are designed to address the loss of balance and strength that can occur as we age. The one-hour classes are performed in seated and upright positions. Yasmin’s instruction integrates principles from the Feldenkrais Method, which emphasizes moving with awareness to allow your nervous system to discover easier, more efficient movement patterns.
