Please take notice that on March 23, 2026, the Union City Public Library Board of Trustees took the following action: Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11—4, the UCPL Board of Trustees authorized and directed to execute an Agreement with NV5, Inc., of Rahway, New Jersey, to conduct special inspections and testing for the Main Library rebuild project in accordance with its proposal # 2026.04.0030 dated March 17, 2026. Please take notice that on March 9, 2026, the Union City Public Library Board of Trustees took the following action: Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 et seq., the UCPL Board of Trustees authorized and directed to execute an Agreement with Donohue, Gironda, Doria & Tomkins, LLC, of Secaucus, New Jersey, as approved by the UCPL Board of Trustees, to provide the auditing the CY25 ending December 31, 2025, in accordance with its proposal dated February 20, 2026, in a sum not to exceed $22,500.00, without further approval of the Trustees.
